According to the U.S. Department of Labor “The Consumer Price Index increased
2.9 percent before seasonal adjustment.

Yet, According to the Military pay Chart
“On February 13, 2012, President Obama released his fiscal year
2013 budget proposal for the Department of Defense. The President's budget included the expected 1.7% raise for military basic pay, which when approved should become effective January 1, 2013.”

Therefore, over time our military personnel will have net pay insufficient to cover the Cost of Living in America.

When initiating a business activity an executive ultimately asks stakeholders is this in our long term interest, does it contribute to our core business, and is it viable.

High Speed Rail in America will offer Americans many benefits. We can immediately employ returning Veterans seeking work and the thousands of people that have dropped out of the workforce because of frustration and/or
Age discrimination.

The question is often raised when will our Dow Jones reach 14,000 & American Median Income Grow?

There are a number of things Americans can do today to make it happen.

The building of High Speed Rail is a great start.

Imagine 6 ½ Billion People wanting to spend their vacation in America because each person can see many Landmarks in a short period of time because of High Speed Rail..

For Missouri this is especially important to bring revenue to all 114 counties instead of relying of Federal Expenditures.

America can build High Speed Rail in a very appealing way not using the Overhead Electric Cables European trains currently use.

Discussions are also underway about U.S. Military Base Closings.

Imagine you were able to say to a person Congratulations on Starting Your Career in the Field of Transportation. The other scenario, you are employed because the Federal Budget was passed but don’t expect any significant merit pay increases for the next decade.

The Republican Primary on August 7, 2012 will decide what direction America will take.

Indeed Clint Eastwood, our Best Days are yet to come investing in our Infrastructure and for People to have a Brighter Future.
