When plans are discussed to Strengthen America’s Infrastructure for growth many people say USA is broke and we do not have the money.
Where have they heard it?
From Members of Congress and our 112th Congress hasn’t taken steps to put America on a path of Prosperity. That is evident with the U.S. Senate not passing a Budget after receiving many reports from our Government Accounting Office on ways we can reduce expenditures.
Should we not start making investments in High Speed Rail & Reusable Energy Sources how do you think our Housing Market will Grow?
Concerned that people will shy away from purchasing a home many people in Congress are looking to eliminate the Mortgage Deduction.
The Mortgage Deduction is Important to maintain for all Income Brackets because it is the Best Incentive for People to Invest in Communities & Offers Municipalities a Tax Base so heavily relied on to fund Schools and other Municipal projects.
In order for Families to justify paying the asking price on a House People require a reasonable commute to work and have a residence nearby areas of interest i.e. City Squares.
Our Population is expected to grow to 392 Million People by 2050. People will bear excessive costs should we only rely on Highways.
It’s time to Modernize America's Infrastructure and if Private Enterprise has not taken the lead in this area Elected Officials have a responsibility to establish an entity that could easily be spun off similar to TVA & Expedia.
In addition, How will thousands of Jobs be created if we do not reduce our production costs by having MOré affordable Energy & Transportation?
Families across America have seen their Family Budgets stretched because of rising prices i.e. Food.
With so many people also having dropped out of the workforce consumer discretionary spending has dramatically dropped because it is difficult finding a job and individuals unemployed for months are no longer collecting any Unemployment Insurance benefits. This problem also results in "Human Capital Depreciation" and it was portrayed on ABC's "Desperate Housewives" Show on Sunday March 25th.
The “Let’s Just Tax The Rich” is an excuse of Congress. One can easily find Pork Barrel Spending i.e. GAO Improving Efficiency & Effectiveness Report
A Broken Clock is right at least twice a day and with people repeatedly saying we’re broke if America does not take action we will ultimately see stagnation similar to what Japan experienced.
Leadership Improves Our Economy & Environment.
