Seventeen percent of America’s Land is by our coasts and more than half of the nation's population according to National Oceanic Administration. Because of that we are presented with an opportunity to provide America with MOré Energy & Water.

“Today Spain is accounting for a third of all new jobs created in the Eurozone” because of their Infrastructure Improvements.

Strengthening our systems will require expenditures and the funds will come from consolidation of government services. For example, both our Veterans Administration and the U.S. Social Security Administration both dispense disability payments. Because of the many overlapping government functions we have in our Federal Government our administrative costs of government have skyrocketed.

Obviously, we want resources offered to deserving individuals yet to have so many agencies with a similar purpose increases the administrative cost of government. That subject was discussed in Scene 14 of Surrounded By Trees on Kindle.

Objectives between U.S. States and the Federal Government could be better aligned because of our Internet and the use of Algorithms which will identify government programs that overlap and continue to use resources unnecessarily.

With resources saved we have the opportunity to provide water and energy and reduce the cost of living. The result will be less people will see poverty and MOré people will prosper and build family wealth. The net benefit is less people will be dependent on our government and America will get closer to A City upon a Hill.

Missouri is very attractive to Business & Families because of our cost of Living. When we enable all 50 States to reduce expenses an Era of Prosperity will result. We can do it by providing water and energy to families nationwide by taking advantage of Ocean Platforms to process Energy & Water ten miles from the Shoreline. On average the furthest people can see is seven miles away from land when standing on a Beach.

Developing and advancing this technology will reap Billions of Dollars for Americans because we can sell it to countries worldwide much like GE sells Jet Engines Globally.

When Farmers are able to reduce expenses such as water the savings can be passed on to Families and we will see MOré affordable prices in our Supermarkets.

With the increase in Disposable Income Americans will have the resources to buy products and services leading to full employment.

Let’s embrace our Oceans and start producing Energy & Water from it.

When Americans take this course of action and we offer High Speed Rail our Carbon Footprint will be significantly reduced. Americans will then see a Better Standard of Living & Environment.
